Application of Lifestyle Nursing Management in the Nursing of Patients with Diabetes and Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To study the application of lifestyle nursing management in the nursing of patients with diabetes and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes mellitus and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted from July 2017 to July 2019 were selected randomly divided into two groups.Routine nursing work and lifestyle nursing management measures were carried out to compare the difference in effect between the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of FPG,DBP,SBP and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ADL scores of the patients in the observation group and the physiological,psychological,social,and psychological factors in the WHO-QOLBREF scale scores in all areas of the environment were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of lifestyle care management measures is beneficial to the control of blood glucose and blood pressure in patients with diabetes and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,effectively improving the patients’ability of daily living and quality of life,and reducing the incidence of complications.
