针对性护理对妊娠糖尿病患者保健认知水平及妊娠结局的影响

目的探究针对性护理对妊娠糖尿患者者保健认知水平及妊娠结局的影响。方法择取2018年1月—2020年2月收治的妊娠糖尿患者者82例,按其入院日期的单双号分为参照组41例开展常规护理,针对组41例开展针对性护理。观察对比两组患者护理前后保健认知水平和血糖水平情况,以及妊娠结局。结果两组患者护理前对疾病的定义、危险因素、对母婴的影响、紧急处理措施以及饮食注意事项等保健认知水平评分,FPG和2 hPG血糖水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经护理后针对组对疾病的定义、危险因素、对母婴的影响、紧急处理措施以及饮食注意事项等保健认知水平评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FPG和2 hPG血糖水平显著低于参照组FPG和2 hPG血糖水平;剖宫产率31.71%、妊高症4.88%、羊水过多2.44%、早产儿4.88%、胎儿窘迫2.44%,均显著低于参照组的56.10%、19.51%、19.51%、19.51%和21.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者开展针对性护理效果确切,有利于提升患者保健认知水平,从而改善血糖水平,进而确保良好的妊娠结局。

The Effect of Targeted Nursing on the Health Cognition Level and Pregnancy Outcome of Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the health cognition level and pregnancy outcome of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 82 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted from January 2018 to February 2020 were selected.According to their odd and even numbers on the admission date,they were divided into the reference group of 41 cases to carry out routine nursing,and the target group of 41 cases to carry out targeted nursing.Observe and compare the health cognition level and blood glucose level of the two groups of patients before and after care,as well as the pregnancy outcome.Results Before care,the two groups of patients had no statistically significant difference in the definition of disease,risk factors,impact on mothers and infants,emergency treatment measures,and dietary precautions.The blood glucose levels of FPG and 2 hPG were not statistically different(P>0.05).After nursing,the health awareness level scores of the targeted group on the definition of disease,risk factors,impact on mothers and babies,emergency treatment measures,and dietary precautions were significantly higher than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);FPG and 2 hPG blood glucose levels were significantly lower than those of FPG and 2 hPG in the reference group;cesarean section rate 31.71%,pregnancy-induced hypertension 4.88%,hyperamniotic fluid 2.44%,premature infants 4.88%,fetal distress 2.44%,all significantly lower than the reference group 56.10%,19.51%,19.51%,19.51% and 21.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out targeted care for patients with gestational diabetes has a definite effect,which is conducive to improving patients'awareness of health care,thereby improving blood sugar levels and ensuring a good pregnancy outcome.
