桃红四物汤联合地屈孕酮片预防子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜治疗后复发效果观察

目的 探讨桃红四物汤联合地屈孕酮片预防子宫内膜息肉(EMP)宫腔镜治疗后复发疗效。方法 选择EMP宫腔镜治疗后患者225例,采用SAS程序随机分为观察组1、观察组2和对照组,每组各75例。对照组单纯宫腔镜手术治疗；观察组1宫腔镜术后给予地屈孕酮片于月经周期的第14至25天口服,每日口服地屈孕酮1片,疗程3 个月,观察组2宫腔镜术后给予桃红四物汤联合地屈孕酮片口服,月经周期的第14至25天,疗程3 个月,比较3组子宫内膜厚度(ET)及子宫内膜息肉复发率(RROEP)。结果 观察组1和观察组2复发率分别为5.3%和1.3%,对照组复发率为13.3%,3组比较差异有显著性(p<0.01)；3组子宫内膜厚度比较,术后12月差异有显著性(p<0.01),术后24月差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论 桃红四物汤联合地屈孕酮片可使ET变薄,显著减少RROEP。

The effect of Taohong Siwu tang Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in preventing endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy

Objective Investigate the curative effect of Taohong Siwu tang Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets in preventing endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy. Methods 225 cases of patients with endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy were selected and were randomly divided into observation group 1, observation group 2 and control group according to the random digit, with 75 cases each; hysteroscopy alone was given in the control group; dydrogesterone tablets was given in the observation group 1 on the 14th to 25th day of menstrual cycle after hysteroscopy, with 1 tablet of dydrogesterone orally daily, and the course of treatment was 3 months; Taohong Siwu tang combined with dydrogesterone tablets were given in the observation group 2 on the 14th to 25th day of menstrual cycle after hysteroscopy and the course of treatment was 3 months. Then the endometrial thickness and recurrence rate of endometrial polyps were compared among the 3 groups. Result The recurrence rates were 5.3% and 1.3% respectively in the observation group 1 and observation group 2, and which in the control group was 13.3%. there was significant difference among the three groups(p<0.01). there was a significant difference in endometrial thickness among the three groups after 12 months of operation (p<0.01) and also after 24 months of operation (P<0.01). Conclusion Taohong Siwu tang Combined with Dydrogesterone Tablets can make the thickness of endometrium thinner and which can significantly reduce the recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy.
