糖尿病护理中人性化服务的应用研究

目的研究人性化服务被应用到糖尿病患者中的护理作用与效果。方法选取该院2018年10月—2020年2月收治的118例糖尿病患者为研究对象,参照不相同的护理方法,分为对照组、研究组,各59例。对照组患者施予常规性护理,研究组患者施予人性化服务,比较护理效果。结果在护理后,研究组总体满意率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,研究组各项血糖指标较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化服务被应用到糖尿病患者中,能够获得更为满意的效果。

Research on the Application of Humanized Service in Diabetes Care

Objective To study the nursing function and effect of humanized services applied to diabetic patients.Methods The 118 diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.With reference to different nursing methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 59 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care,and patients in the study group were given humanized services,to compare the nursing effects.Results After nursing,the overall satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the study group’s depression self-rating scale(SDS)score and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after nursing,the blood glucose indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized services are applied to diabetic patients,and more satisfactory results can be obtained.
