协同护理干预对老年糖尿病护理干预的影响

目的分析协同护理干预在老年糖尿病护理中的应用。方法将2019年4—12月119例老年糖尿病患者分成对照组、协同组,给予两组常规护理,协同组加用协同护理干预。分析两组护理效果。结果协同组血糖控制达标率及低血糖发生率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);协同组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);协同组护理后生活质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);协同组护理1周后焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理干预用于老年糖尿病患者,可改善血糖控制效果,提升老年患者的生活质量,改善糖尿病患者的不良情绪。

The Effect of Cooperative Nursing Intervention on Nursing Intervention of Elderly Diabetes

Objective To analyze the application of collaborative nursing intervention in elderly diabetes care.Methods The 119 elderly diabetic patients from April to December 2019 were divided into a control group and a cooperative group,and the two groups were given routine nursing care,and the cooperative group was treated with cooperative nursing intervention.Analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The blood glucose control compliance rate and the incidence of hypoglycemia in the cooperative group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the cooperative group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the cooperative group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Anxiety score and depression score of the cooperative group after 1 week of nursing were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cooperative nursing intervention for elderly diabetic patients can improve the effect of blood sugar control,improve the quality of life of elderly patients,and improve the bad mood of diabetic patients.
