柴芩承气汤对腑实热结型急性胰腺炎肠道屏障及微生态的影响

【】目的：探讨柴芩承气汤在急性胰腺炎(腑实热结型)患者中的应用价值,观察其对患者肠道屏障及微生态的影响。方法：将2016年12月至2018年4月因急性胰腺炎(腑实热结型)于我院就诊的92例患者纳入研究并随机分组。对照组(46例)采用单纯西医治疗,观察组(46例)则联合柴芩承气汤口服,均治疗1周,比较两组肠道菌群及肠粘膜屏障功能。结果：治疗后观察组内毒素、D-乳酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后观察组双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌含量高于对照组,大肠埃希菌则更低,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组肛门排气时间、血清淀粉酶正常所需时间、白细胞计数正常所需时间、腹痛消失时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组总有效率95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于急性胰腺炎(腑实热结型)患者而言联合柴芩承气汤治疗有重要意义,可减轻炎症反应,强化肠道屏障功能,促进肠功能恢复,值得推广。

Effect of Chai Qin Cheng Qi Decoction on intestinal barrier and microecology of acute pancreatitis due to heat accumulation in Fu organs

Objective: To explore the application value of Chai Qin Cheng Qi Decoction in patients with acute pancreatitis (heat-knot type of Fu-solid), and to observe its effect on intestinal barrier and microecology.Methods: From December 2016 to April 2018, 92 patients with acute pancreatitis (visceral hyperthermia) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (46 cases) was treated with western medicine alone, while the observation group (46 cases) was treated with Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction for one week. The intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier function were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the levels of endotoxin and D-lactic acid in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05), the contents of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while the levels of Escherichia coli were lower (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 95.65% (44/46), which was higher than that of control group 76.09% (35/46), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: Combination of Chai Qin Cheng Qi Decoction and Chai Qin Cheng Qi Decoction is of great significance in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, which can alleviate inflammation, strengthen intestinal barrier function and promote the recovery of intestinal function.
