基于网络平台互动式照护策略应用于妊娠期糖尿病对其生存质量和自我管理的影响

目的 分析基于网络平台互动式照护策略应用于妊娠期糖尿病患者对其生存质量和自我管理能力的影响。方法 将我院在2016年7月至2017年12月收诊的65例妊娠期糖尿病患者视为对照组,予以传统照护;将我院在2017年1月至2017年6月收诊的62例妊娠期糖尿病患者视为研究组,在对照组传统干预基础上予以基于网络平台互动式照护策略。比较两组患者在干预前及干预后第60天末的自我管理能力、生活质量以及血糖控制情况。结果 研究组干预后的自我管理能力评分、血糖控制不达标率较对照组低,生活质量评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于妊娠期糖尿病患者而言,应用基于网络平台互动式照护策略,能提高其生存质量和自我管理能力。

Effect of Interactive Care Strategy Based on Internet Platform on Quality of Life and Self-management of Gestational Diabetes MellitusZhu Qingxian

Objective To analyze the influence of interactive care strategies based on Internet platform applied in gestational diabetes patients on their quality of life and self-management ability. Methods 65 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus treated in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were regarded as the control group and were treated with traditional care. In our hospital from January 2017 to June 2017, 62 cases Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus as research groups, based on the traditional intervention of the control group to be based on network platform interactive care strategy. The self-management ability, quality of life and glycemic control at the end of the 60th day before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of self-management ability, non-compliance of glycemic control were lower in the study group than in the control group, and the quality of life scores were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For gestational diabetes patients, the interactive care strategy based on internet platform can improve the quality of life and self-management.
