医护一体化+微信互动延续性护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理水平及护理服务满意度的影响

目的探讨医护一体化+微信互动延续性护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者自我管理水平及护理服务满意度的影响。方法选择该院于2017年12月—2019年12月期间收治的妊娠期糖尿病患者98例作为资料,随机分组各49例,对照组行常规护理,观察组医护一体化+微信互动延续性护理干预,测定患者护理前,护理后血糖水平,评价两组自我管理水平及患者护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平较高,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平降低,且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前两组自我管理水平评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组饮食管理、运动管理、血糖监测管理、足部护理管理评分升高且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者护理满意度比较观察组95.92%显著高于对照组79.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ²=6.078,P<0.05)。结论针对妊娠期糖尿病患者实施医护一体化+微信互动延续性护理干预可帮助其掌握全面的自我管理技能,实现病情良好控制,提高患者护理服务满意度。

The Effect of Medical and Nursing Integration+WeChat Interactive Continuous Nursing Intervention on the Self-management Level and Nursing Service Satisfaction of Patients with Gestational Diabetes

Objective To explore the effect of medical-care integration+WeChat interactive continuous nursing intervention on the self-management level and nursing service satisfaction of patients with gestational diabetes.Methods A total of 98 patients with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from December 2017 to December 2019 were selected as data,and 49 cases in each group were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received integrated medical care+WeChat interactive continuous care intervention,determine the blood glucose level of patients before and after nursing,evaluate the self-management level of the two groups and the satisfaction of patient care.Results Before nursing,the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the two groups of patients were higher,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the fasting blood glucose,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group 2 h after a meal decreased,and they were significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the self-management level scores of the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group had diet management,exercise management,blood glucose monitoring management,and foot care management The score increased and was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);95.92% of patient care satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 79.59%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ²=6.078,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of integrated medical care+WeChat interactive continuous nursing intervention for patients with gestational diabetes can help them master comprehensive self-management skills,achieve good disease control,and improve patient care service satisfaction.
