摘    要:环状RNA(circRNA)具有与线性RNA完全不同的共价闭环结构,在哺乳动物组织中普遍表达, 在心血管领域,circRNA已被证明具有抗心血管衰老、与RNA结合蛋白结合作为microRNA海绵、作为生物标志物及作为疾病治疗的靶点等多种功能。本文综述了近年来环状RNA与心血管衰老及circRNA在心血管病作用的研究进展。

Abstract:circRNA have covalent closed-loop structures completely different from linear RNA, which are widely expressed in mammalian tissues. In the field of cardiovascular diseases, circRNA have been proven to have anti-cardiovascular aging, bind with RNA binding proteins as microRNA sponges, serve as biomarkers and serve as targets for disease treatment, etc. This paper reviews the recent progress in the research on the role of circrnas in cardiovascular aging and circRNA in cardiovascular diseases.
