格列吡嗪联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果

目的探究格列吡嗪联合阿卡波糖治疗老年糖尿病的临床效果。方法该次将该校附属医院在2019年1月—2020年3月入选的80例2型糖尿病患者作为研究的对象,按随机分组法分成两组,每组40例。对照组给予二甲双胍治疗,观察组在此基础上给予格列吡嗪联合阿卡波糖治疗,对比两组用药效果及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组的FPG为(6.32±1.19)mmol/L、2 hPG为(9.65±1.13)mmol/L、HbA1c为(6.25±0.52)%,均明显低于对照组FPG的(8.90±1.52)mmol/L、2 hPG为(10.94±1.36)mmol/L、HbA1c为(8.10±0.64)%;观察组治疗后的FPG、2 hPG、HbAlc水平均显著要比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.453、4.614、14.190,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率为12.50%,和对照组的15.00%比较差异无统计学意义(χ²=0.105,P>0.05)。在治疗总满意度上,观察组为95.00%,显著要比对照组的75.00%高,差异有统计学意义(χ²=6.275,P<0.05)。结论在临床中,采取格列吡嗪联合阿卡波糖医治老年糖尿病患者的疗效显著,能够使患者的血糖水平得到有效控制,并增强胰岛β细胞功能,安全性好。

Clinical Effect of Glipizide Combined with Acarbose in the Treatment of Senile Diabetes

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effect of glipizide combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly diabetes.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes selected from the affiliated hospital of the school from January 2019 to March 2020 were the subjects of the study.They were divided into two groups according to the random grouping method,with an average of 40 cases in each group.The control group was given metformin treatment,the observation group was given glipizide combined with acarbose on this basis,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,FPG of the observation group was(6.32±1.19)mmol/L,2 hPG was(9.65±1.13)mmol/L,and HbA1c was(6.25±0.52)%,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(8.90±1.52)mmol/L,2 hPG(10.94±1.36)mmol/L,HbA1 c(8.10±0.64)%;the FPG,2 hPG,HbAlc levels of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.453,4.614,14.190,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 12.50%,which was no statistically significant difference compared with 15.00%in the control group(χ²=0.105,P>0.05).In terms of overall satisfaction with treatment,the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than the control group’s 75.00%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ²=6.275,P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,glipizide combined with acarbose has a significant effect on the treatment of elderly diabetic patients,which can effectively control the blood glucose level of the patients and enhance the function of pancreatic isletβcells with good safety;therefore.
