Abstract:Objective To study the clinical value of SGLT-2 inhibitor dapagliflozin treatment in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods According to thebalance sequential methodgrouping,70 cases in the hospital admitted from March 2019 to June 2020 were divided into control group(33 cases,conventional treatment with vascular converting enzyme inhibitor ACEI enalapril)and observation group(37 cases,SGLT-2 inhibitor dapagliflozin treatment),observed the clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,kidney function and serum inflammatory factors.Results There were 26 cases in the observation group,10 cases in effect,and the clinical effect was as high as 97.2%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.904,P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower blood glucose and serum inflammatory factor levels,and better kidney function.Compared with the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy,it is recommended to adopt SGLT-2 inhibitor dapagliflozin,which can effectively improve the treatment effect and improve the prognosis of patients.
