Analysis of the Influence of Individualized Nutritional Therapy(MNT)on Blood Glucose Control and Pregnancy Outcome in Patients with Gestational Diabetes(GDM)

Objective Discuss the effect of individualized nutritional therapy(MNT)on blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes(GDM).Methods The patient database of GDM patients from January 2019 to October 2020 was collected and 89 cases were selected and divided into two groups.The control group(n=44)insisted on diet intervention,and the observation group(n=45)underwent MNT.Summarize and compare blood glucose control,body mass(BMI)control,pregnancy outcome.Results MNT control results compared blood glucose[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h blood glucose after meal(2 hPG)]and BMI.The FPG,2 hPG and BMI values of the observation group after treatment were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.395,4.950,4.373,P<0.05);pregnancy outcome complications,premature birth,cesarean section,etc.The total incidence of complications,premature birth rate,and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the maternal and infant outcomes were compared with Apgar at birth and parturient,the quality of life(ADL)was higher in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MNT has a significant effect on GDM patients,helps control blood glucose and BMI,reduces the incidence of pregnancy complications,reduces premature delivery and cesarean section,and improves maternal and infant outcomes.
