Analysis of the Application Value of Risk Nursing in Deep Vein Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Diabetic Patients

Objective To study the application value of risk nursing in patients with diabetes mellitus deep vein thrombosis.Methods According to the random number table method,110 diabetic patients received in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups.The control group 55 cases received routine intervention,and the observation group 55 cases received risk care.The blood glucose levels,blood rheology indexes,blood flow velocity,and the incidence of deep vein thrombosis of the two groups were compared.Results The fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group.The blood rheology indexes after the intervention were better than those of the control group.The femoral vein blood flow velocity and peak blood flow velocity were faster than those of the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out risky care for diabetic patients can improve the effect of blood glucose control,improve blood flow speed,and effectively prevent deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities,with high clinical application value.
