对2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床特征分析

目的探讨2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床特征分析。方法择取2019年9月—2020年9月期间来该院就诊的64例2型糖尿病患者,按照是否为合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退分组,分别为实验组32例与参照组32例。实验组为2型糖尿病合并亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者,参照组为单纯的糖尿病患者患者,将两组糖尿病患者的慢性并发症发生率、eGFR、胱抑素C、高血压、DR疾病进行比较分析。结果实验组患者的慢性并发症发生率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的eGFR明显低于参照组,胱抑素C明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者存在高血压、DR疾病等情况均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论研究显示,亚临床甲状腺功能减退会使糖尿病患者病情加重,致使患者增加并发症发生概率,所以糖尿病患者要定期检查甲状腺功能,并及时予以治疗干预,从而使患者并发症发生率降低。

Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Type 2 Diabetes with Subclinical Hypothyroidism

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of type 2 diabetes with subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 64 patients with type 2 diabetes who came to the hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to whether they were associated with subclinical hypothyroidism.They were 32 in the experimental group and 32 in the reference group.The experimental group was type 2 diabetes patients with subclinical hypothyroidism,and the reference group was pure diabetes patients.The incidence of chronic complications,eGFR,cystatin C,hypertension,and DR diseases of the two groups of diabetic patients were compared and analyzed.Results The incidence of chronic complications in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eGFR of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the cystatin C was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The conditions of hypertension and DR disease in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Studies have shown that subclinical hypothyroidism will aggravate the condition of diabetic patients and increase the risk of complications.Therefore,diabetic patients should check thyroid function regularly and provide timely treatment and intervention to reduce the incidence of complications.
