健康教育临床护理路径应用于糖尿病临床护理中的效果分析

摘    要:目的研究糖尿病患者通过健康教育临床护理路径的效果及应用。方法抽取福建省级机关医院于2017年1月—2019年1月期间收治的糖尿病病患共235例,将其依循双育法分为对照组(115例,实施常规健康教育方式)与实验组(120例,通过临床护理路径进行健康教育)。研究比对患者的知识掌握情况、血糖控制情况、BMI水平、遵医嘱行为、总胆固醇水平、满意度与SF-36评分等。结果相较于对照组,实验组护理后的餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白更低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),相较于对照组,实验组护理后的遵医嘱行为、知识掌握评分与满意度评分更高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前BMI水平与总胆固醇水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相较于对照组,实验组糖尿病患者护理后的总胆固醇水平和BMI水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,实验组糖尿病患者的社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能与身体疼痛等SF-36评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育临床护理路径对于降低患者的血糖值,提高其对糖尿病的认知等具有重要意义,值得临床普及与推广。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect and application of clinical nursing pathways for diabetic patients through health education.Methods A total of 235 diabetic patients admitted to Fujian provincial government hospitals from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected,and they were divided into a control group(115 cases with routine health education following the dual education method)and experimental group(120 cases,health education through clinical nursing path).The study compared patients’knowledge,blood glucose control,BMI level,compliance behavior,total cholesterol level,satisfaction and SF-36 score.Results Compared with the control group,the 2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the experimental group after nursing were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group's compliance behavior,knowledge mastery score and satisfaction degree score after nursing was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the levels of BMI and total cholesterol before nursing in the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the total cholesterol and BMI levels of diabetic patients in the experimental group after nursing were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SF-36 scores of diabetic patients in the experimental group were higher in social function,psychological function,physical function and physical pain,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical nursing path of health education is of great significance for reducing the blood glucose level of patients and improving their cognition of diabetes.It is worthy of clinical popularization and promotion.
