Clinical Analysis of Blood Glucose and Urine Glucose in Diabetic Patients

Objective To explore the clinical value of blood glucose and urine glucose tests in diabetic patients.Methods From January 2018 to December 2019,60 diabetic patients admitted to the Heminghu Town Health Center in Lindian County were selected as the research objects.They were grouped by computerized random number table,30 cases in each group,and the control group was given urine glucose test;observation group used blood glucose test.Compare the accuracy and plasma glucose level of the two diagnostic methods.Results The observation group and the control group had a diagnosis accuracy rate of 93.3%and 70.0%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood glucose test to diabetic patients has a high diagnostic accuracy and can effectively detect plasma glucose levels at different periods of time.It is better than urine glucose test and can be promoted.
