Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Fractures Complicated with Diabetes

Objective To study the analysis of nursing intervention for patients with perioperative fracture and diabetes.Methods 100 patients with fracture and diabetes who were treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected.All the subjects were divided into two groups evenly by random method,and 50 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing intervention methods;50 patients in the observation group took intensive nursing intervention,and compared the hospitalization time,fracture healing time,blood glucose level,complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients.Results The hospitalization time and fracture healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the hospitalization expense of the observation group was less than that of the control group.After nursing,the fasting blood glucose level and the 2 h postprandial blood glucose level of the observation group,significantly better than the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with perioperative fractures and diabetes,intensive nursing interventions can shorten the hospital stay,fracture healing time,reduce hospital costs,improve blood glucose levels,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is suitable for wide application and promotion.
