青岛市中心城区752例糖尿病足住院患者中医体质统计分析

目的中医体质调查问卷总结青岛糖尿病足市区住院患者的中医体质状况,并为糖尿病足的健康管理提供科学依据。方法采用中华中医药学会公布的《中医体质分类判定标准》表对自2018年1月—2019年12月符合纳入标准的青岛市中心城区752例糖尿病足住院患者进行中医体质调查。结果①平和质占34.97%,偏廉体质在不同患者中占比有较大差异;②男女在统计中各有自己的特点,且均有不同差异;③随年龄增长,体质趋于增多或减少,或者保持稳定状态。结论该区糖尿病足住院患者的中医体质以平和质为主,不同性别、年龄阶段以及患者体质类型有一定的差异,在进行中医药干预及心理健康管理时,除遵循整体化和一体化的原则外,还应根据特性予个体化方案。

A Statistical Analysis of TCM Physique of 752 Inpatients with Diabetic Foot in the Central City of Qingdao

Objective The questionnaire of TCM constitution summarizes the TCM physique status of inpatients with diabetic foot in Qingdao city,and provides scientific basis for the health management of diabetic foot.Methods The"Judgment Criteria for Physical Fitness of Traditional Chinese Medicine"published by the Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine was used to investigate the physical fitness of 752 inpatients with diabetic foot in downtown Qingdao who met the inclusion criteria from January 2018 to December 2019.Results 1.Peaceful constitution accounted for 34.97%,and the proportion of low-quality constitution in different patients was quite different;2.Men and women had their own characteristics in statistics,and they all had different differences;3.With age,physical fitness tends to increase or decrease,or maintain a stable state.Conclusion The TCM physique of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot in this district is mainly calm.There are certain differences in different genders,ages and types of patients.When conducting traditional Chinese medicine interventions and mental health management,in addition to following the principles of holism and integration,individualized programs should also be given according to characteristics.
