固定式冰袋在肌肉活组织检查术后并发症中的效果评价

目的 探讨采用固定式冰袋的使用在肌肉活组织检查术后并发症中的效果。方法 选取2016年8月～2017年7月北京市某三甲医院神经内科准备行肌肉活组织检查术的患者96例，对照组、观察组各48例患者，观察组在常规治疗及护理的基础上，使用自制固定式冰袋冰敷，比较两组患者在活检术后伤口疼痛、出血及肿胀明之间的差异。结果 观察组患者活检术后伤口疼痛、出血及肿胀明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制固定式冰袋冰敷在肌肉活组织检查术后患者中应用效果良好。

Evaluation of the effect of a fixed ice bag in the postoperative complications of muscle biopsy

Conclusion ice compress can be used effectively in patients after muscle biopsy.
