摘    要:目的探讨营养支持干预对老年2型糖尿病患者营养状态的影响。方法选择2018年4月—2020年4月2型糖尿病患者166例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=83例)和观察组(n=83例)。对照组采用常规的饮食,观察组采用营养支持干预,干预后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者营养状态、血脂及血糖变化。结果观察组干预后ALB、TP及MNA评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组TC水平略低,HDL-C水平略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后TG、LDL-C水平低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后空腹血糖及进食后2 h血糖低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年2型糖尿病患者进行营养支持干预有助于改善患者的营养状态,改善血脂代谢水平,有利于控制血糖水平。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nutritional support intervention on the nutritional status of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods From April 2018 to April 2020,166 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected as subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=83 cases)and observation group(n=83 cases).The control group adopted a regular diet,and the observation group adopted nutritional support intervention.After the intervention,the patient’s effect was evaluated,and the nutritional status,blood lipid and blood glucose changes of the two groups were compared.Results The ALB,TP and MNA scores of the observation group after intervention were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the TC level of the observation group after the intervention was slightly lower,and the HDL-C level was slightly higher,but the difference was not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05);TG and LDL-C levels in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the fasting blood glucose after intervention and the blood glucose 2 h after eating in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional support intervention for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can help improve the nutritional status of patients,improve the level of blood lipid metabolism,and control the blood glucose level.It is worthy of promotion and application.
