Study on Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Gynecological Malignant Tumors and Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To study and analyze the perioperative nursing of elderly patients with gynecological malignant tumors and diabetes.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,80 elderly patients with gynecological malignant tumors and diabetes mellitus were selected from the patients admitted in the hospital as clinical research subjects,and they were divided into two groups,and they were given perioperative routine care and comprehensive nursing,research and analysis of clinical nursing effect.Results In terms of operation time and intraoperative blood loss,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the comparison of hospital stay and suture removal time,the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the fasting blood glucose and the blood glucose level 2 hours after a meal,the experimental group was(5.35±1.88)mmol/L and(7.22±1.59)mmol/L,while the control group was(8.93±1.86)mmol/L and(11.55±2.93)mmol/L.Compared the data between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.496,7.492,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.021,P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive perioperative care for elderly patients with gynecological malignant tumors and diabetes mellitus is beneficial to the stability of patients'blood glucose and promotes the recovery of patients.
