阿卡波糖与二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对血脂水平的影响研究

目的探讨阿卡波糖与二甲双胍在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用及对患者血脂水平的影响。方法选取2018年12月—2020年3月在该院接受治疗的120例2型糖尿病患者,采用随机分配的方式将其平均分为对照组与研究组,研究组患者给予阿卡波糖与二甲双胍联合治疗,对照组患者单纯实施二甲双胍治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果及患者血脂水平改善情况。结果研究组患者治疗显效率为71.7%,总有效率为98.3%;对照组患者治疗显效率为35.0%,总有效率为76.7%。由此可见,研究组患者治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,研究组与对照组患者TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及TC等血脂水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及TC等血脂水平均得到明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗后的血脂水平明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿卡波糖联合二甲双胍用于2型糖尿病治疗期间,可有效改善患者血脂水平,提升患者治疗有效率,值得在临床治疗2型糖尿病中应用与推广。

Study on the Application of Acarbose and Metformin in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes and Their Effects on Blood Lipid Levels

Objective To investigate the application of acarbose and metformin in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and their influence on the level of blood lipids.Methods a total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in the hospital from December 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly assigned to divide them into the control group and the study group.The patients in the study group were given acarbose and metformin combined therapy,metformin therapy was given to patients in the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups of patients and the improvement of the patient's blood lipid level were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group was 71.7%,and the total effective rate was 98.3%;the effective rate of treatment in the control group was 35.0%,and the total effective rate was 76.7%.It can be seen that the treatment effect of patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipid levels of TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC between the study group and the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the blood lipid levels of TG,HDL-C,LDL-C and TC of the two groups were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels of patients in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acarbose combined with metformin during the treatment of type 2 diabetes can effectively improve the patient's blood lipid level and improve the treatment efficiency of patients.It is worthy of application and promotion in the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.
