Abstract:Objective To evaluate the significance of nutritional intervention of low glycemic index diet in the course of nutritional therapy for patients with gestational diabetes.Methods The content of the following topics comes from the 62 cases of gestational diabetes patients who were admitted to the hospital from May 2018 to July 2020,and the index research data was carried out.Two group constructions were carried out.Each group received 31 cases.The construction group method was random lottery.The experimental group chose low glycemic index diet for nutritional treatment,and the reference group chose conventional glycemic index diet for nutritional treatment,and calculate fat,carbohydrate,protein,total energy intake,and complications and the overall calculated value of satisfactory nutritional treatment intervention,evaluation of the fasting blood glucose item before and after the nutritional treatment intervention,and the measured value of the blood glucose item 2 h after the meal.Results The fat intake of the test group was more than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.001,P<0.05),the carbohydrate intake of the test group was less than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.655,P<0.05),the protein intake of the test group,the total energy intake was not statistically significant difference from the specific statistical sample data of the reference group(P>0.05);the the fasting blood glucose after the nutritional treatment intervention in each group,and the blood glucose 2 h after the meal are better than the nutritional treatment before the intervention,the specific statistical sample data decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nutritional treatment intervention in the experimental group,the measured value of the fasting blood glucose item was not statistically significant difference from the reference group(P>0.05).The experimental group carried out nutritional treatment intervention after a meal,the results of the blood glucose 2 h after a meal were less than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the overall calculated value of complications in the experimental group was less than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the experimental group(96.77%)reference group(74.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.679,P<0.05).Conclusion Providing a diet with low glycemic index in the course of nutritional therapy for patients with gestational diabetes shows better nutritional intervention effects.
