如意金黄散外敷治疗寒性脓疡的疗效观察

目的：观察如意金黄散外敷治疗寒性脓疡的疗效。方法：选取100 例寒性脓疡肿患者，采取随机数字表法随机分成实验组和对照组，每组各50 例。实验组在进行常规抗结核治疗、护理的基础上加用如意金黄散外敷，对照组给予常规抗结核治疗、护理，治疗3月后比较两组患者的疗效。结果：实验组治愈7例，好转34例，未愈9例，总有效率为82%。对照组治愈1例，好转19例，未愈30例，总有效率为40%。两组对比，差别具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：如意金黄散外敷治疗寒性脓疡的疗效满意，可促进寒性脓疡的吸收、愈合。

The effects of Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste used as external treatment of tuberculous abscess

Objective To investigate the effects of Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste used as external treatment of tuberculous abscess. Methods Total 100 cases of tuberculous abscess patients in our hospital from Jan.2015 to Jan.2017 were enrolled in this study, randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 50 cases in each group. Control group receive routine western medical therapy, treatment group were added with Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste used as external treatment. After 3 months treatment, the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results cured cases There are more cured cases and improved cases in treatment group, the overall efficiency of treatment group is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ruyi Jinhuang powder paste used as external treatment could effectively treat tuberculous abscess.
