协同护理干预对糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析的影响

目的对协同护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析中的应用效果进行分析。方法将2019年3—9月常熟市第一人民医院院肾内科收治的50例糖尿病肾病维持性血液透析患者纳入研究,按随机数表法分组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以协同护理干预,对比两组干预后的效果。结果观察组的SF-36量表评分在干预后明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组患者护理满意,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发低血糖、低血压及心律失常的发生次数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同性护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者维持性血液透析中,不只是保证了患者的生活质量,而且提高了患者的护理满意度,减少了合并症的发生,有着重要的应用价值。

Effect of Cooperative Nursing Intervention on Maintenance Hemodialysis in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To analyze the application effect of collaborative nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods From March to September 2019,50 patients with diabetic nephropathy and maintenance hemodialysis admitted to the department of nephrology,Changshu First People's Hospital,were included in the study.They were grouped according to the random number table method.The control group received routine care and the observation group was given cooperative nursing intervention,to compare the effects of the two groups after intervention.Results The SF-36 scale score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group,patients complicated by hypoglycemia of hypotension and arrhythmia were significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing intervention in maintenance hemodialysis for patients with diabetic nephropathy not only guarantees the patient's quality of life,but also improves the patient's nursing satisfaction,reduces the occurrence of comorbidities,and has important application value.
