应用基因芯片技术筛选生长激素腺瘤相关基因

摘    要:目的应用基因芯片技术筛选人生长激素腺瘤发生、发展相关基因,为后续研究奠定基础。方法应用人全基因组寡核苷酸芯片HG-U133 Plus2.0检测8例生长激素腺瘤组织、2例混合正常垂体组织的基因表达谱,差异表达基因进行筛选和生物信息学分析。Real-time qPCR验证芯片结果。结果筛选出与生长激素腺瘤相关的上调基因187条,下调基因899条;差异表达基因功能主要涉及分子结合、凋亡或肿瘤相关、代谢、信号转导、细胞周期、物质运输等多个生物过程。结论基因芯片技术可初步筛选出人生长激素腺瘤相关基因;生长激素腺瘤的发生、发展是多基因、多分子、多通路的网络调控过程。
