舒肝宁联合促肝细胞生长素等综合治疗重型肝炎的疗效

目的观察以舒肝宁注射液及促肝细胞生长素为主要药物的内科综合疗法对重型肝炎疗效。方法研究对象包括慢性重型肝炎、亚急性重型肝炎,采用中西医结合的内科综合药物治疗,以舒肝宁、促肝细胞生长素为主要药物,配合还原型谷胱甘肽、葡萄糖、脂肪乳剂、新鲜冰冻血浆、白蛋白等基础治疗,观察肝功能、凝血酶原时间等指标变化情况。结果治疗重型肝炎33例,治愈24例,好转4例,无效5例,其中病死1例。结论以舒肝宁联合促肝细胞生长素作为主要药物综合治疗重型肝炎疗效优于常规疗法。

Therapeutic effect of Shuganning Injection combined with Hepatocyte growth-promoting factor on severe hepatitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of shuganning combined with hepatocyte growth-promoting factor on severe hepatitis.Methods According to the therapy program,the patients were divided into chronic severe hepatitis group and sub-acute severe hepatitis group;early stage,middle stage and late stage group; and, hepatitis B virus (HBV) infected, hepatitis E virus (HEV) infected, HBV and HEV super-infected and unkowning origin. Shuganning and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor were taken as the main medicines, cooperated by glutathione, glucose, fat emulsion, fresh freezing plasma, albumin, etc, then liver function and prothrombin time(PT) were observed. Result Total effect is higher than that previously, which of 33 patients, 24 were healed, 4 were improved, 5 were invalid (one died). Conclusion Therapeutic effect of Shuganning and hepatocyte growth-promoting factor taken as main given medicines is satisfactory for severe hepatitis.
