医院神经外科住院患者抗菌药物应用性研究

目的了解神经外科患者住院其间抗菌药物使用情况。方法回顾性调查2008年1—6月份出院病历，每月随意抽查连续7天出院患者病历，查看住院期间抗菌药物应用情况，并对其品种及相关性进行分析。结果在调查129例住院患者中所用抗菌药物病历为101例，抗菌药物使用率78．29％，其中手术病例35例，非手术病例66例，平均总住院费用12065．42元；其中平均住院药费4852．02元，占平均住院总费用40．21％；抗菌药物平均费用453．88元，占平均总药费的9．35％，占平均总住院治疗费3．76％，神经外科住院患者主要应用第三代头孢菌素、喹诺酮及氯霉素类。DDDs排序第一为头孢曲松，住院患者抗菌药物应用统计DUI〈1为合理用药。结论神经外科住院患者抗菌药物应用合理，但抗菌药物使用水平有待进一步提高。

Study of the application of anti-bactiral medicine on in-patients of the neurosurgery department

Objective Purpose-To research on the application of anti-bacterial medicine on in-patients of the nurosurgery department. Methods We revied records in the period of Jan-Jun 2008 by randomly taking records of consecutively 7 days in each month to review the application of anti-bacterial medicine and to analyse the medicine and their relevance. Results Among the 129 in-patient cases, 101 cases used anti-bacterial medicine, accounting for 78.29% of all in-patients, including 35 surgery cases and 66 non-surgery cases. The average in-patient cost of RMB 12065.42 Yuan, of which the average in-patient expenditure is RMB 4552.02 Yuan, accounting for 40. 26% of the total cost, and the anti-bacterial medicine is RMB 1716. 56 Yuan on average, accounting for 9. 35% of the total cost and 3.76% of the total in-patient treatment cost. Patients of the neurosurgey department mainly used the third generation cephalosporin, carbostyril, and chloromycetin. In terms of DDDs ranking, ceftriaxone ranks first. The application of anti-bacterial medicine on in-patients is DUI 〈 1, which is appropirate application. Conclusion Overall application of anti-bactiral medicine on in-patients of the neurosurgery department is acceptable.
