| 摘 要： | 本文对391例足月初产臀位分娩进行回顾性分析提示,臀位不同分娩方式,其新生儿窒息率与围产儿死亡率明显不同,剖宫产组明显低于经阴分娩组.因此,对于初产足月臀位应适当放宽剖宫产指征.同时发现臀位胎儿畸形率高于头位产胎儿.

| Abstract: | Reviewing analysis of 391 cases of breech delivery in mature primiparity shows that the rate of ashhyxia neonatorum and perinatal mortality differ because the ways of breech delivery are different. It is lower in the cesaream section group than in the breech extraction group. So the indicant of cesarean section should not be strictly restricted. The in cidence of malformation in breech presentation is higher than in head presentation. |
