| 摘 要： | 吸烟和炎症是慢性阻塞性肺部疾病（COPD）重要的发病因素，且近年来的研究提示吸烟引起的肺血管活性介质改变及吸烟引起的肺组织慢性炎症可损伤肺血管，并参与肺血管的重建及功能的改变，本文据此做一简要综述，以期进一步了解和认识吸烟对COPD肺血管改变的影响。
