2型糖尿病家系中血清结合珠蛋白水平和胰岛素抵抗

目的 探讨血清结合珠蛋白（ＨＰ）水平与２型糖尿病家系胰岛素抵抗（ＩＲ）的关系。方法 采用比色法检测健康人３０例，家族性２型糖尿病患者及一级亲属的ＨＰ、ＦＩＮＳ显著高于正常对照，并有脂代谢的紊乱：所有受试者的ＨＰ水平与胰岛素敏感指数呈负相关结论 本研究提示ＨＰ是ＩＲ的指标之一；ＨＰ水平升高可能是家族性２型糖尿病的一个遗传标志。

Relationship between serum haptoglobin and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes pedigrees

Objective: We studied the relationship between haptoglobin (HP) and insulin resistance (IR) in type 2 diabetes pedigrees. Methods: The plasma concentrations of HP were determined in 30 healthy controls, 50 familial type 2 diabetic patients and their 44 nondiabetic first-degree relatives by using colorimetry. Fasting plasma insulin (FINS), plasma lipids and lipoproteins were measured simultaneously. Results: The level of HP and FINS were higher in both diabetic patients and their nondiabetic first-degree relatives than those in the healthy subjects. Besides, the former two groups were found to have dyslipidemia. HP was inversely correlated with the insulin sensitivity index in all subjects. Conclusion:The study indicated that HP may be closely associated with IR. The increased level of HP may be one of the hereditary markers of familial type 2 diabetes.
