中西医结合治疗慢性结肠炎20例

中药口服并中西药合剂保留灌肠治疗慢性结肠炎２０例。本组病人均以腹泻、腹痛、粪质多糊状混有粘液为主证，伴有不同程度的纳差、腹胀、消瘦、乏力、恶心、失眠、苔白腻、脉缓弱。结肠镜检为慢性结肠炎，并排除了其他疾病。中医辨证均属脾胃虚弱型，故拟健脾和胃、渗湿止泻之法，方以参苓白术散加减煎汤内服；中西药合剂保留灌肠。其结果２０例中，痊愈１６例，占８０％；显效２例，占１０％；好转２例，占１０％；总有效率１００％。

All of them charactered with diarrhea, stomachache, pasty stool with mucous,followed by different extents of anorexia ,flatulance,emaciation, acratia,nausea, insomnia, white and greasy fur,slow and feeble pulse. Colonofiberscope confirmed no other disease than chronic colitis. The patients proved to suffer from a type of asthenia of the spleen and stomach. The treatment method of invigorating the spleen, regulating the stomach-energy and eliminating wetness to alleviate diarrhea was taken, and a traditional decoction, Shenglingbaizhu Powder was given, together with retintion-enema of a composition of traditional herb and Western drug, In of all the 20 patient, 16 recovered, occupying a rate of 80%; 2 showed a remarkable effect, occupying a rate of 10%; 2 were improved, occupying a rate of 10%, toc, The total effective rate was 100%.
