利多卡因配伍安定在人工流产术中的疗效观察

目的　探讨利多卡因配伍安定用于人工流产术 ,降低人工流产综合征发生率的作用。方法　将孕6～ 10W自愿到门诊行人工流产的孕妇 2 4 0例 ,采用双肓法随机分为两组。 12 0例用 1%利多卡因宫颈旁注射 ,同时给安定 10mg静脉注射 ,作为观察组 ;12 0例单纯用 1%利多卡因宫旁注射为对照组。结果　人流综合征的发生率 ,观察组为 1.7% ,对照组为 11.7% ,P值 <0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论　利多卡因配伍安定用于人工流产 ,与单纯应用利多卡因比较 ,可缩短时间 ,减轻疼痛 ,降低人工流产综合征的发生率

Effect of Lidocaine Cooperating with Diazepam in Induced Abortion

Objective To discuss the effect of compatibility of lidocaine and diazepam on reducing the rate of induced abortion syndrome.Methods Divide 240 pregnant women into 2 groups randomly and double-blindly.One was the observed group (120 cases),which was injected 1% lidocaine beside the uterus and was injected vena 10mg diazepam before the induced abortion was began. The other was the control group (120 cases),which was injected 1% lidocaine beside the uterus only.Results The rate of induced abortion syndrome in the observed group was 1.7% and in the control group was 11.7% (P<0.05),they had obvious difference. Conclusion Using compatibility of lidocaine and diazepam in induced abortiom can effectively reduce the rate of induced abortion syndrome.
