术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊治体会

目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床特点及诊断治疗和预防措施。方法总结分析20例腹部手术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床表现、治疗方法，并提出预防措施。结果20例术后早期炎性肠梗阻均经胃肠减压、应用生长抑素及全肠外营养支持等治疗痊愈，平均治愈时间17d。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后2周以内，临床上有典型的肠梗阻症状和体征，多为小肠炎性水肿粘连所致，应采用非手术治疗。

Expreience of diagnosis and treatment of early inflammation intestinal obstruction after operation

Objective] To explore and summarize the clinical characteristics and diagnosis, treatment and prevention of early inflammation intestinal obstruction after operation. Methods] Clinical main festations and treatments of 20 cases of early inflammation intestinal obstruction after undergoing abdominal operation were retrospectively analyzed and the preventive measures put forward. Results] 20 eases of early inflammation intentinal obstruction were cured through gastro intestinal decompression and parenteral nutrition support with growth inhibition hormone. The average treatment was 17 days. Conclusions] Most of early inflammation intestinal obstruction occurred within 2 weeks after operation. The typical intestinal obstruction is mainly caused by small intestinal inflammation and edema. No operation treatment is the choice for early inflammation intestinal obstruction.
