| 摘 要： | 目的观察针药并用治疗紧张型头痛（TTH）的临床疗效。方法将90例紧张型头痛患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采用乙哌立松片,治疗组采用针刺和中药汤剂并用,1个疗程后（20天）观察头痛的改善情况。结果治疗组临床总有效率为88.4%,对照组为77.8%,经统计学分析治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论针药并用治疗紧张型头痛有较好的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment with both acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment Tension-type headache （TI＇H） . Methods 90 cases of TTH were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with treatment with both acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, the control group were treated with eperisone. To observe the curative effect of after a period of treatment （twenty day） . Results The total effective rate was 88.4% in the treatment group and 77.8% in the control group, the treatment group being better than the group （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Its effect on therapy TTH was better in the therapy group than in the control group. |
