脑室、池内囊虫病的CT诊断

目的 :分析CT对脑室、池内囊虫病的诊断价值。方法 :回顾性分析经临床证实的 6 1例脑室、池内囊虫病的CT表现特点。所有患者均有脑CT平扫 ,其中 13例同时有CT增强扫描。结果 :6 1例脑室、池内囊虫中 ,脑室内囊虫 38例 ,脑池内囊虫 18例 ,脑室、池内囊虫同时存在 5例。 38例脑室内囊虫均呈圆形或椭圆形 ,其中单发囊性病灶者 31例 ,多发 7例。 18例脑池内囊虫中 ,有 16例脑膜型囊虫多发 ,呈葡萄串状 ;2例单发 ,呈分叶状。 38例脑室内囊虫共计 5 2个囊性病灶 ,其中 33个病灶内可见到囊虫头节 ,占 6 3.5 % ;18例脑池内囊虫均未见头节显示。结论 :CT对脑室、池内囊虫病的诊断具有重要价值。

CT Diagnosis of the intraventricular and cisternal neurocysticercosis

Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of computed tomography(CT) for the intraventricular and cisternal neurocysticercosis.Methods: Characteristic CT appearances of 61 patients with the intraventricular and cisternal neurocysticercosis verified by clinic were retrospectively analyzed. All patients had precontrast study of CT, and 13 cases had postcontrast study. Results: Of all the cases, there were three types: intraventricular neurocysticercosis 38, cisternal neurocysticercosis 18, mixed type 5. Within the intraventricular neurocysticercosis(38 cases), the cyst showed round and oval; single and multiple the intraventricular neurocysticercosis were detected in 31 and 7 patients respectively. Within the cisternal neurocysticercosis(18 cases), the cyst demonstrated lobulated (2 cases) and the resembled cluster of grapes(16 cases); all the cases were single. There were total 52 cystic lesions of 38 intraventricular neurocysticercosis. Of all the 52 cystic lesions, 33 scolexes(63.5%)could be well seen. None of the scolex in 18 cases of the cisternal neurocysticercosis could be found.Conclusion: CT has the great value for the diagnosis of intraventricular and cisternal neurocysticercosis.
