铜绿假单胞菌耐药性变迁趋势的调查研究

目的:调查某三甲医院近3年来铜绿假单胞菌(P.a)的检出情况及其对常用抗生素的耐药情况,了解P.a的耐药性变迁趋势。方法:统计2004年1月至2006年12月该院微生物实验室铜绿假单胞菌的检出及其对临床常用的11种抗生素的药敏情况,并对它们的耐药性及其变迁趋势进行分析。结果:3年来临床标本中铜绿假单胞菌的检出率分别为5.5%、9.5%和13.2%,对其中8种抗生素的耐药率变化显著(P<0.05),耐3种以上抗生素的P.a所占比例分别为20.3%、28.7%和37.3%,呈现逐年明显上升的趋势。结论:铜绿假单胞菌已成为临床感染的重要病原菌,对临床常用抗生素的耐药率逐年上升并日趋严重,多重耐药的情况正在进一步恶化。

Investigation of Antibiotic Resistant Trend of Psudomnas Aeruginosa

Objective To investigate the isolate situation and antibiotic resistance of Psudomnas aeruginosa in a third-grade hospital in recent three years for the aim to know the resistant trend of Psudomnas aeruginosa. Methods Analyzing the resistance and variance trend by calculating the isolate rates and drug resistant rate of Psudomnas aeruginosa collected from the hospital from January in 2004 to November in 2006. Results The isolate rate of Psudomnas aeruginosa were 5.5%、9.5% and 13.2% in 2004,2005 and 2006.The resistant rate variance of eight antibiotics had significant difference(P<0.05).The proportion of Psudomnas aeruginosa resistant to three or more than three antibiotics were 20.3%,28.7% and 37.3%,showing uplifted trend. Conclusion Psudomnas aeruginosa was an important clinical bacterium and it’s resistance to common-used antibiotics rose year by year.Multi-drug resistance was more and more severe.
