| 摘 要： | 细胞凋亡参与与肿瘤的发生与发展过程，细胞的增殖、分化与凋亡失调，已成为肿瘤发生的重要因素之一。细胞凋亡的形成，是一个多因素参与的生理过程，涉及到免疫系统细胞因子介导的细胞凋亡启动。同时，免疫系统参与凋亡细胞的清除过程，细胞毒T淋巴细胞的杀伤作用也是通过凋亡途径实现的。随着细胞凋亡研究的深入，中医药诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究也显露出良好势头。从免疫学角度论证中药诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡，将成为中医药抗肿瘤治疗提供一个全新的思路。

| Abstract: | The whole process of oncology involves apoptosis. The increase and apoptosis imbalance of cell have become the important factor of oncology. Apoptosis mainly by involve the start of apoptosis induced by cell factor in immune system. The immunity answer take part in the clearance of apoptosis cell. The function of CTL's kill also realize by apoptosis. With the further research of apoptosis. Apoptosis in duced by herbs has appecred good future.It is a new ideal of demonstrating oncology apoptosis in view of immunity. |
