| 摘 要： | 目的研究健康成人汉语成语尾字匹配与非匹配N400的变化。方法入选35名20～55岁健康成人右利手受试者,进行汉语成语匹配与非匹配N400的实验研究。结果 N400基本波型分布于Fz、Cz和Pz等脑区。分别获得健康成人同音异形异义、异音形似异义、异音异形同义及异音异形异义汉语成语尾字匹配与非匹配的N400潜伏期和波幅平均值。结论汉语成语尾字匹配和非匹配N400的改变与字词认知中的语义有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes of N400 in recognizing Chinese idioms ending with matching and mismatching words in healthy adults.Methods N400 were recorded in recognizing Chinese idioms ending with matching and mismatching words in 35 right-handed healthy adults.Results N400 could be elicited in electrode Fz,Cz and Pz.Mean values of latencies and amplitudes about matching and mismatching ending words were obtained in different conditions,such as with same pronunciation but different form and meaning,with similar form but different pronunciation and meaning,with same meaning but different pronunciation and form,as well as with different pronunciation,form and meaning.Conclusion Changes of N400 in matching and mismatching ending words in Chinese idioms are mainly related to the meaning of the word. |
