| 摘 要： | 目的:对新诊断的2型糖尿病患者应用门冬胰岛素注射液(诺和锐)30强化治疗的疗效进行观察。方法:对新诊断的2型糖尿病患者使用门冬胰岛素注射液(诺和锐)30进行皮下注射,3次/d,2周后改为预混胰岛素皮下注射,2次/d。结果:门冬胰岛素注射液(诺和锐)30强化治疗EPG达标时间(5±2)d,2HPG达标时间(8±3)d。结论:门冬胰岛素注射液(诺和锐)30强化治疗能更快、更稳地降低血糖。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of intensive treatment of preliminary diagnosed type 2 diabetes with insulin aspart injection 30.Method The preliminary diagnosed type 2 diabetes patients were treated with subcutaneous injection of insulin aspart injection 30(tid),and changed to premixed insulin subcutaneous injection(bid) 2 weeks later.Results The FPG standard time was(5±2) d,and 2 HPG standard time was(8±3) d after intensive treatment with insulin aspart injection 30.Conclusion The intensive treatment with insulin aspart injection 30 can lower the blood glucose more quickly and stable. |
