66例苯接触工人的脑电图分析

摘    要:目的 探讨苯接触者脑生物电的变化。方法 采用脑电图描记和分析,对苯接触组66例与对照组46例进行观察。结果 苯接触组脑电图α波节律较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);两组30-39岁年龄段的波幅有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 苯对作业工人的脑生物电有影响,故定期进行脑电图检查,有助于观察苯对中枢神经系统的损害,以早期预防职业病。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of benzene upon bioelectricity in Electroencephalogram (EEG) in the benzene-contacting worders.Methods EEG examination and analysis were performed on 66 contactgroup and 46 control group.Results The rhythm of the waves in the contact group apparently decreased in comparison with that in the control group (P<0.01).In the subjects ranging form 30 to 39 yrs.Mark difference of the EEG amplitude was noted between contact and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Benzene poison exerts a definite influence on EEG of benzene-contact workers.For this reason,regular EEG examination is helpful to observe the influence on the central nervous system of benzene poison,and is of some value for early prevention of nervous system organs from being injured.In the meanwhile,it contributes to the clinicalobervation in curative effect of the occupational disease.;
