| 摘 要： | 本文观察了40例原发性肾病综合征患儿极期血清LPO与血液流变学各指标的变化及其二者的关系,结果表明:血清LPO显著增高,血液流变学明显异常,呈高凝状态改变。且二者呈明显正相关,逐步回归方程为Y=0.2119 0.9005x(1)。

| Abstract: | The serum LPO and hemorrheology and their relationship were studied in 40 children with idiopathic nephrotic syndrome. The results showed that the serum LPO level was much higher and hemorrheology significant abnormal, compared with the normal control (P<0. 01). In multiple regression analysis, a significantly positive correlation was observed be- tween the serum LPO level and the whole blood viscosity or the whole blood reducing viscos- ity values. The equation of multiple regression is Y=0. 2119 0. 9005X(1). |
