| 摘 要： | 用射频消融成功地阻断３４例病人的房室旁道，其中Ｗ－Ｐ－Ｗ综合征２４例，隐匿性房室旁道１０例。射频消融术后５４．１７％的Ｗ－Ｐ－Ｗ综合征病人有Ｔ波改变，其Ｔ波改变的特点主要与术前心电图波方向有关，而与射频电能对心肌的损伤无关。

| Abstract: | Thirty-four patients, 24 with Wollf -Parkinson-white syndrome and 10 with concealed accessory atrioventricular connection were successfully treated with radiofrequency catheter ablation for the accessory atrioventricular connection.After treatment.T-wave abnormalities were found in 13 cases out of the 24 with Wollf-Parkinson-White syndrome, The T-wave abormalities resulted not from the radiofrequency wave but form the delta wave of the baseline electrocardiogram. |
