泌尿生殖道感染解脲支原体及耐药性监测

目的：了解本地区泌尿生殖道解脲支原体感染及对抗生素的耐药性,指导临床合理用药。方法：用支原体专用培养试剂盒对358例泌尿生殖道分泌物标本进行支原体培养鉴定和药敏试验。结果：药敏检测表明解脲支原体对环丙沙星、司帕沙星、左氧氟沙星、螺旋霉素、壮观霉素的耐药性大于72%。结论：解脲支原体感染治疗时宜首选交沙霉素、强力霉素。提示：在进行治疗前做支原体药敏试验很有必要。

Surveillance of drug resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum in urinary system infection

Objective:To investigate the infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and the drug resistance among patients from this region and to apply in common antibiotics.Methods:Urinogenital specimen of 358 cases were collected and cultured for isolation and identification of Uu.Antibiotic susceptibilitive test was performed with microdilution plates.Results:For the 358 patients,positive rates for Uu were 35.7%(128/358).Drug resistance rate over 72% was found for ciprofloxacin,sparfloxacin,levofloxacin,acetylspiramycin and spectinomycin in turn.Conclusion:The patients infected with Uu from this region would be cured with josamycin,deoxycycline in routine by preference.It is necessary to perform drug sensitivity test before chemotherapy.
