亚洲年轻女性固有重睑的形态及解剖学特征

目的：研究亚洲年轻女性先天性且外观标致的重睑特征，为重睑成形术提供更完整的参考数据。方法以64例外观标致的自然重睑为研究对象，通过标准位眼部照片分析关于重睑的多项参数，包括重睑宽度、重睑高度及重睑宽度／重睑高度，并同时测量重睑线最内、外侧端点分别到经内、外眦点垂线的距离。通过斜矢状位眶周MR（核磁共振）图像测量距离睑缘5、7．5、10、15 mm处眼睑组织厚度。用单因素方差分析比较各参数在不同测量水平组间的差异。结果重睑宽度在外侧角膜异色边缘点外5 mm，外侧角膜异色边缘，瞳孔中点，内侧角膜异色边缘，内侧角膜异色边缘内5 mm轴线处的平均值分别为4．1、3．4、3．1、2．8、2．1 mm；重睑高度的平均值分别为5．6、6．8、7．2、6．1、3．7 mm；重睑宽度／重睑高度平均值分别为0．74、0．51、0．43、0．46、0．53；距离睑缘5、7．5、10、15 mm处眼睑组织厚度平均值分别为2．1、2．4、3．3、5．9 mm。结论本研究提供了先天性标致的重睑特征的更完整的数据，参照这些数据将有助于实现更自然美观的重睑术后效果。

The morphological and anatomic properties of the inherent double eyelid in young Asian women

Objective To investigate the morphological and anatomic properties of the inherent double eyelid in young Asian women , providing reference data of attractive double eyelid for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery .Methods The anatomic properties of 64 inherent double eyelids in 32 women aged 19~26 years were evaluated by standardized photographs.The measurements included crease width and crease height at 5 levels, distance from lateral end and medial end of crease line to the vertical line though lateral canthus and medial canthus points , respectively .The eyelid tissue thicknesses at 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 mm from the lid margin were measured by MRI .The one way ANOVA was used for com-parison between groups (≥3) .Results The values of crease width in the vertical axis though pupillary center , lateral limbus and 5 mm lateral to lateral limbus , medial limbus and 5 mm medial to medial limbus were 3.1, 3.4, 4.1, 2.8 and 2.1 mm, respectively;as the crease heights were 7.2, 6.8, 5.2, 6.1 and 3.7 mm, respectively.The eyelid tissue thick-nesses at 5, 7.5, 10 and 15 mm from the eyelid margin were 2.1, 2.4, 3.1 and 3.9 mm, respectively.Conclusion The properties of the inherent double eyelid in beautiful and young Asian women , are presented in detail .In surgical plan-ning for upper blepharoplasty , referencing to these data from inherently lid crease will be useful for achieving natural -ap-pearing crease .
