围术期足三里穴位电针疗法对阑尾切除术大鼠胃肠纵形肌肌条收缩功能的影响

摘    要:目的:研究围术期足三里穴位电针疗法对阑尾切除术大鼠胃肠纵形肌肌条收缩功能的影响。方法30只成年雄性SD大鼠随机分为5组,每组6只,实验分组:正常对照组、电针组、造模组、造模+电针组、造模+假电针组。大鼠麻醉后,行阑尾切除术造模。正常对照组不做任何操作,造模组仅行阑尾切除术,电针组和造模+电针组行双侧足三里电针,造模+假电针组双侧足三里穴插上针灸针但不通电,电针治疗1次/d,连续7 d后取十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃体和胃窦的纵形肌肌条。结果造模+电针组十二指肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显强于造模组(P<0.05),造模+假电针组十二指肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于造模+电针组(P<0.05);造模组空肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于正常对照组和电针组( P<0.05);电针组回肠纵形肌肌条的振幅明显强于正常对照组(P<0.05),同时也强于造模组、造模+电针组(P<0.01);造模组胃体纵形肌肌条的振幅明显弱于电针组(P<0.05);造模+假电针组大鼠胃体纵形肌肌条收缩波频率高于造模组(P<0.05);各组大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃窦的胃肠纵形肌肌条收缩波频率组间比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。结论电针刺激可增强大鼠回肠和胃体纵形肌肌条收缩振幅,电针对大鼠十二指肠纵形肌收缩的作用比只针刺而不通电刺激要强;阑尾切除手术后大鼠空肠纵形肌收缩的振幅减弱,电针刺激对阑尾切除术大鼠十二指肠、空肠、回肠、胃窦的纵形肌肌条收缩波频率变化并没有明显影响。

The effects of perioperative electroacupuncture at Zusanli (ST36) on the contractile function of gastrointestinal longitudinal muscle strips in rats with appendectomy
Abstract:Objective To study the effects of perioperative electroacupuncture on the contractile function of gas -trointestinal longitudinal muscle strips in rats with appendectomy .Methods Thirty adult male SD rats were randomly di-vided into 5 groups, including control group, EA group, model group, model+EA group and Model +sham EA group. After anesthesia , appendectomy was performed in model group , while no operation was given in control group .Energized EA at bilateral Zusanli (ST36) were given in EA group and model +EA group, as EA at bilateral Zusanli (ST36) without energy were given in model +sham EA group.The EA was given once everyday for 7 days.After that, the longitudinal muscles from duodenum, jejunum, ileum, gastric body and antrum were harvested .Results The amplitude of duodenal longitudinal muscle was significantly higher in Model +EA group than that in Model group ( P<0.05 ) , and it was also significantly higher than that in Model +sham EA group ( P<0.05 ) .The amplitude of jejunum longitudinal muscle in Model group was significantly weaker than those in control group and EA group (P<0.05).The amplitude of ileum longi-tudinal muscle of EA group was significantly higher than those in control group , Model group and Model +EA group ( P<0.05 ) .The amplitude of gastric body longitudinal muscles in Model group was significantly weaker than that in EA group (P<0.05).The contraction frequency of gastric body longitudinal muscle was significantly higher in Model +sham EA group than that in Model group ( P<0.05) .There was no significant difference in the contraction frequency of duodenum , jejunum, ileum, or gastric antrum longitudinal muscle among the 5 groups (P>0.05).Conclusion EA stimulation could enhance the contractile amplitude of longitudinal muscle of rat ileum and gastric body .The effect of EA on the longi-tudinal muscle in rats is stronger than that of acupuncture alone .The amplitude of longitudinal muscle contraction in rat je-junum is impaired after appendectomy .EA stimulation and appendectomy have no significant effect on the contraction fre -quency of longitudinal muscle of duodenum , jejunum, ileum and gastric antrum.
