| 摘 要： | 调查了温州黎明乡11.894人,发现1984年神经系统疾病患者共192人,总患病率为1614.3/10万(1.61％)。其中完全性卒中201.8/10万,偏头痛260.6/10万,癫痫159.7/10万,颅脑外伤344.7/10万,中枢神经肿瘤25.2/10万。总发病率210.7/10万。总死亡率50.56/10万。各种神经系统疾病的患病率、发病率及死亡率(除颅脑损伤的发病率外),均低于1983年中国六大城市的调查数值及欧美等国家的数值。

| Abstract: | A random sampling survey of 11894 people, population is made in Liming Village, Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. All kinds of diseases of the nervous system are found in 192 cases with the total prevalent rate of 1614. 3 per 100,000; in which the prevalent rate of the complete apoplectic stroke is 201.8/100,000, migraine 260.61/100,000, epilepsy 159.7/100,000, extra-cranial injuries 344.7/100.000 and the tumors of central nervous system 25.2/100,000. The total incidence rate of various diseases in nervons system is 270.7 per 100,000 with total mortality rate of 50.5/ 100,000. The data are lower than those obtained in six big cities of China as well as in European area and American countries. |
