| 摘 要： | 目的：观察比较传染性软疣4种治疗方法的疗效。方法：将1656例患者随机分为4组，分别采用刮除，冷冻，电灼和凝固治疗。结果：治愈率分别是：电灼96％，刮除95％，凝固92％，冷冻88％，局部不良反应以冷冻最重，电灼最轻，疼痛以电灼最明显，凝固治疗最轻。结论：电灼和凝固治疗最具临床实用性，前者适用于成人患者，后者更适于儿童患者。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe and compare the effect of four kinds different therapies for molluscum contagiosum.Methods 1 656 cases were randomly divided into 4 groups,and subjected to curettage,cryotherapy,electric cauterization,coagulation,respectively.Results The cure rate of electric cauterization was 96%,curettage 95%,coagulation 92%,and cryotherapy 88%.Localized adverse effect was most serious in cryotherapy;Electric cauterization had significant pain,but coagulation had a little or not.Conclusion Both electric cauterization and coagulation have more clinical practicality.Electric cauterization is more suitable for adult patients,while coagulation is superior to other therapeutic for children. |
