钬激光碎石术微创内镜下治疗泌尿系结石

摘    要:目的探讨腔镜下微创钬激光碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的临床效果。方法2006—02—07,笔者通过输尿管镜或经皮肾镜通道对4例膀胱结石、27例输尿管结石、19例肾结石患者实施微创钬激光碎石治疗。结果4例膀胱结石及27例输尿管结石患者均一期碎石成功排净.19例肾结石行经皮肾镜碎石者一期成功排净15例,所有患者术后恢复顺利,无严重并发症。结论腔镜下微创钬激光技术是治疗泌尿系结石的安全有效方法,具有创伤小、出血少、并发症少以及恢复快等优点。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of Ho:YAG laser lithotripter with minimally invasive endoscopy in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods 4 cases of bladder calculi,27 cases of ureteral calculi and 19 cases of renal calculi were treated with Ho:YAG laser lithotriptor by minimally invasive ureteroscope and percutaneous nephrolithotoy technique from Feb.to July,in 2006.Results The 4 cases of bladder calculi and the 27 cases of ureteral calculi had all achieved stone-free at 1 session;and of 19 cases of renal calculi,15 also achieved this result.All the patients recovered well post-operatively and no major complications were found.Conclusion The technique of Ho:YAG laser lithotriptor with minimally invasive endoscopy is safe and effective in the treatment of urinary calculi and has such advantages as minimal trauma,less blood loss,fewer complications and easiler recovery.
