中西医结合治疗腹部切口愈合不良34例的临床分析

目的探讨妇产科下腹部切口愈合不良的原因及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析两院2004年1月至2010年1月间共6298例妇科、产科下腹部手术病例,对70例腹部切口愈合不良患者的两种处理方法比较分析：对照组36例（为改良缝合方法）,在愈合不良的切口予以清创4～6d,且体温正常3d后予以二次缝合,术后第10天拆线;研究组34例（采用中西医方法处理切口）,在愈合不良的切口予清创1d后,在腹部切口内填充碘甘油与白糖,切口外覆盖双柏散中药粉。结果对照组15d后的痊愈率83.3%;研究组7d后腹部伤口获得痊愈率41.1%,14d伤口获得总痊愈率88.2%,两组差异有统计学意义,P〈0.01。结论采用中西医结合处理伤口愈合不良的效果优于改良缝合法处理腹部切口愈合不良。

Therapeutic effect of integrative medicine therapy on 34 patients with abdominal incision dehiscence

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of abdominal incision dehiscence. Methods Retrospective review of 70 cases with abdominal incision dehiscence. The control group （ 36 pa-tients） adopts the modified suture method. The experimental group （ 34 patients） adopts the integrative medicine therapy,internal abdominal incision filling with iodine glycerin and sugar and external compressing with Shuangbai powder. Results The rate of the wound healing in the control group is 83. 3% ,while the rate of the control group is 88. 2%. The difference has statistically significant （ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The integrative medicine therapy on abdominal incision dehiscence has good result,and the method is easy,worthy of clinical expand applied.
